ICE 2018 highlighting Online Payment Methods

Online casino payment solutions take center stage at 2018 ICE London.

Online Casino Payment Methods Online gambling has been around for two decades now. The industry has evolved so much in that time. We’ve transitioned from download to in-browser gaming, from desktop to mobile access, from haphazard to strictly-regulated markets, and from unstable software to visually stunning graphic animation.

While so many changes and enhancements are constantly occurring, there’s one thing that has bound the industry throughout it all. I’m talking about payment solutions. Without safe, secure and cost-effective ways for players to get money in and out of their online casino accounts, the iGaming realm simply would not exist.

This year’s ICE Totally Gaming summit comes to London next week. Organizers are recognizing the invaluable nature of the payment solutions sector. In fact, this year, they’re dedicating more space to the topic than ever before. ICE London will occupy more space than ever, utilizing 43,500sm of the ExCel London. 4000sm of that will focus entirely on physical and online payment methods.

ICE organizers understand that, “The gaming industry faces constant change. Not only due to ever-changing regulations, but also from the evolution of mobile and online gaming services. Maintaining a competitive advantage in this industry takes significant time and resource and the payment sector is becoming more and more important.”

The world’s most prestigious annual offline and online gaming conference is welcoming 100+ speakers who will focus on the payment solutions sector this year. 64 hours worth of panel discussion, comprised of eight tracks over three days, are scheduled to tackle this topic. They include:

Monday, February 5, 2018

Tuesday, February 6, 2018
     Data Science & Personalization
The eSports Conference

Wednesday, February 7, 2018

Importance of Online Payment Methods

Saide Walters of Clarion Gaming, the group that organizes the annual ICE London, offered a preview of next week’s summit.

The 2018 edition will feature 64 hours of learning covering eight tracks and delivered by thought leaders drawn from both within and outside the gaming industry. ICE VOX has been curated to provide insights and knowledge which deliver tangible benefits that delegates can take back to their businesses and improve performance. We have worked closely with the industry to ensure ICE VOX reflects the dominant themes and trends, hence the inclusion of two new tracks comprising The eSports Conference (6 February) and Blockchain (7 February).”

Walters goes on to describe the amount of research that goes into preparing for the annual conference. The industry relies heavily on the comprehensive learning programs that will influence innovations in gaming technology, and every vertical that revolves around it.

Blockchain online casino payments are sure to be a central topic as cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin are being hammered in global media. CashBet Coin, which just signed a sponsorship deal with Arsenal FC, is preparing for an initial coin offering (ICO). CashBet is the latest digital currency designed exclusively for the iGmaing market. Their presence at ICE is sure to have an impact.

“This is an opportunity which is unique to ICE London and one which ranks highly in our post-event market research,” says Walters.
