The ideal candidate has:

This is a remote position with flexible hours, paying between $26-$38 CAD per hour depending on relevant qualifications and sampling writing submission quality demonstrating capabilities translating subject matter expertise into actionable player-first analysis.
WordPress Developer
We are expanding our digital team with a mid-senior level developer well-versed in WordPress to assist optimizing site architecture for accessibility, content updates, speed, and future growth. Must have solid working knowledge of:
- PHP, HTML/CSS, JavaScript Core Web Vitals strategy
- Plugin development/customization
- Converting mockups into responsive theme templates across device sizes
- Modern web best practices around caching, security, hosting configurations
