CryptoLogic Ltd and the BetClic Everest Group have renewed their vows, so to speak. The two companies, each associated in their own way with online casino gambling, have been working in allegiance since 2009, and just recently announced the signing of a new contract that will see them collaborating for many more years to come.
CryptoLogic is an online gaming developer and software licensing company under the guidance of the Amaya Gaming Group. The company is responsible for multiple years worth of awarding winning virtual slot machines and other gambling amusements. The BetClic Everest Group, launched in Europe in 2005, is a perfect ‘click’ for CryptoLogic as the company runs a multitude of online gambling operations that include online poker, casino, bingo, sports and horse race betting.
Under the newly signed contract, BetClic Everest has agreed to launch no less than eight of CryptoLogic’s acclaimed online slots across its seven gaming sites. The first of these was introduced in May, and the rest are expected to be presented over the course of the remaining year.
A per the contract, the BetClic Everest Group will be launching CryptoLogic Limited’s innovative slots on each of its related gambling sites, including its leading skins, EveretCasino.com, CasinoElegance.com and ImperialCasino.com. The BetClic Everest Group currently supplies active online gaming opportunities to one hundred countries, serving in excess of 12 million customers in 25 languages across the globe.
“At Everest, we pride ourselves on the variety of games we have on offer to our customers, and we are therefore delighted to release the additional CryptoLogic games on all our seven Casino brands,” said the Director of Casino Operations at BetClic Everest, Etienne Leroy, when asked to comment on his impression regarding the renewed partnership. Leroy went on to say, “By delivering value and entertainment for our online customers, it is no surprise these games have proven popular on our sites thus far, and we are pleased to be building on our relationship with CryptoLogic for the future.”
CryptoLogic’s Vice President of Operations, Ian Price, had this to say, “This expanded agreement strengthens our existing relationship with BetClic Everest Group, and will enable millions of their players to enjoy an even broader variety of CryptoLogic games. BetClic Everest Group have been a successful licensee with CryptoLogic since December 2009 and their desire to gain access to a wider range of CryptoLogic’s thrilling games once again illustrates the quality of our content.”
Renegotiations of the two company’s exiting deal came on the tides of CryptoLogic’s fresh acquisition by the Amaya Gaming Group, headquartered in Montreal, Canada, in March of 2013. Amaya Gaming has extended its reaches from North America to as far as Latin America, Europe, Asia and Africa.
CryptoLogic is a leading online gaming development brand with an abundant casino suite that includes more than 300 games in its elaborate portfolio. The company’s common shares are traded on the Canadian Toronto Stock Exchange under the title CRY and CXY, and the NASDAQ Global Select Market as CRYP.
